Nadine Hinch

Everyone likes a story, here's mine. Small town girl, big family... the youngest of seven kids... had to learn to get along with all different personalities. Little did I know it would help me all life...

Fast forward to the start of my advertising career: after graduating from the Loyalist College Advertising program full of confidence that I would set the world on fire; I landed my first job in newspaper (boo). Stayed way too long until I finally ended up in radio sales. What a difference! It fit like a great pair of shoes and I was overjoyed at the results my clients were receiving. "The risk of insult is the price of clarity", I learned these wise words and how they help make great radio advertising. Successful advertising is exciting, helping a client succeed is rewarding and that's why I love what I do. I strive to communicate truth in advertising and help business owners understand it's about solving a listener's problem so their sales problems will be solved. Over the years I have helped many business sectors market from widgets to wonkers. It's fun and never boring.

In my pursuit to learn and get better I now have experience and knowledge about how money works and am able to understand the financial aspect of my clients business. I am a fresh perspective and love to be considered an extension of my clients business but am proud to be on the outside looking in so I don't lose that perspective. Some Books of influence are: Roy Williams the Wizard Of Ads, Harry Beckwith, The Invisible Touch, Positively Outrageous Service, Who Moved My Cheese, and the oldie but goodie Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. I don't believe that you will succeed or fail in business based on your book smarts, but your heart and your determination, discipline, and your mindset. I admire those people who have the entrepreneurial spirit...they have a dream and are passionate. I read a great story about Henry Ford - a great example of a leader who surrounded himself by great people. He knew he didn't have to know everything - he had to source people who did. I am that source for your marketing.

Now I hail from the great town of Napanee. Am a proud mom first; with two kids who have already surpassed me in the wit, arts, sports, and math departments. I wear many hats, a taxi driver, a nurse, a counselor, a cheerleader, a teacher and always a student. I have an incurable weakness for Nutella, always cheer for the underdog, and my life centers around family, friends and my career. I believe in healthy living and feeding your mind with positive thoughts. Staying young and current means being open to learning and growing as a person and keeping an open mind. I strive to be better every day, and I do what I say I am going to do. I would love to help you grow your business, and am committed to your success.
